iris johnson

Currently apart of Entertainment Central Producations, Iris has been blessed with performance in the Greater Orlando area mainly Universal Studios. Iris is currently working on staff with Theater West End as a Dance Instructor and as a Teaching Artist at Athens Theater. Aside from being a choreographer in the greater Orlando area for high schools and theaters, performance has always been close to her heart. She has most currently appeared on stage as Whatshername in American Idiot ,Deloris Van Cartier in Sister Act, Liz in Chicago, Heather Chandler in Heathers and Frenchy in Cabaret. Iris would like to thank her fellow extremely talented cast members. Most importantly, she wants to thank Zach Smith for being her best friend and biggest supporter system.

Taylor Whiteman

Taylor Whiteman is thrilled to be performing in Miscast Cabaret. She is currently a UCF student pursuing a degree in Theatre Studies and a minor in Mass communication. Some of her past credits include Elf the Musical (Jovie), The Fantasticks (The mute), Songs for a New World (U/S Woman 1 and 2), and The Addams Family (Alice). She would like to thank her friends and family for always being so supportive.

Jazlyn Compton

Jazlyn Compton is a 16-year-old technician and performer from Hagerty Highschool. She would like to thank her family for their support, Emerson Short for being her biggest inspiration, and lastly her director and the rest of the team for giving her this amazing opportunity!

Katy Williams

Katy is thrilled to be working with Good Vibes Theatre Co. for her first time. She works at several entertainment and medical simulation jobs around the Orlando area, and some recent credits include Head Over Heels, Guys and Dolls, and Capone’s Dinner and Show. Enjoy the show!

Julia Dansereau

Julia wants you to know that you are so loved. There is not a single person on this earth exactly like you, and that is something so special. She wants you to know that life can be really hard, but you are validated and safe. Julia is sending you peace, love, and healing from the stage. Take deep breaths and be gentle with yourself and others. Be sure to take time for your mind, body, and spirit today and all days.

Marlo Coffin

This is Marlo’s second production with Good vibes theater co, they are beyond thrilled to be working with such a great team again. “Ring of Keys” has been a song that has meant a lot to Marlo, as they can relate heavily to the idea of finding oneself at a young age and with that newfound self they are led with questions. They hope you enjoy this production that is  filled with talented individuals!

Jack
Teal

Jack is a recent transplant to Central Florida from Nashville, Tennessee.  He has had a passion for music theater his whole life. Some of his favorite roles have been Dr.Fine/Dr. Madden in Next to Normal, Bob Wallace in White Christmas, Captain Walker in Tommy, and Inspector Kemp in Young Frankenstein. He also loves going to the theme parks, going to the beach, and hiking with his husky Mishka.

Justin Scarlat

Justin J. Scarlat is happy to be taking the stage again after playing various roles and Music Director for “Heathers: The Musical”. Recent credits include Forever Plaid/Plaid Tidings (Sparky), Into The Woods (The Baker), Assassins (Giuseppe Zangara), Rock Of Ages (Drew Boley). Thank you cast a crew and thank YOU for supporting.

Zach
Smith

Zachary Smith is happy to be back for his second production with Good Vibes. He previously played JD in the company’s debut show: Heathers the Musical. Zach usually works as a cook but has recently started performing at Universal Studios through Entertainment Central Productions.  Other recent theater credits include Eamon (Once), Will (American idiot), and Lucas (The Addams Family). He would like to thank his girlfriend Iris for her continued love and support and for pushing him out of his comfort zone when needed, and his late mother Staci, who lit the spark in him to start singing.

Noel Berkofsky

Noel Marie has over 30 years of experience in musical theatre performance having started her career in New York City where she attended  AMDA, The Acting Studio and The Sella Adler Studio of Acting to solidify her craft.  She has spent the last 8 years in Florida where she has worked in several of Orlando’s professional theaters while teaching musical theatre to the next generation of performers.  Some of her Central Florida credits include Break-in’ Up Is Hard to Do (Lois), Beehive (Pattie), Why Do Fools Fall In Love (Flo), Isn’t It Romantic (Woman #3) at the Winter Park Playhouse;  Beauty and the Beast (Madame), All Shook Up (Sylvia), Hairspray (Authority Woman), Shrek (Dragon),  Addams Family (Alice Beineke) at the Wayne Densch Performing Arts Center;  Freaky Friday (Kathrine) at Winter Springs Performing Arts and Suessical (Mrs. Mayor/Ensemble) and Tuck Everlasting  (Mae Tuck) at the Orlando Repertory Theatre.  She has also produced several one-woman cabarets that have been produced within Orlando over the past several years.  She would like to thank her partner Teddy for all their love and support throughout the past few years.  Thank you to Good Vibes Theatre Co. for this opportunity.

Jamaal Solomon

Jamaal K. Solomon is the Artistic Director, Creative Director and one of the founders of Good Vibes Theatre Co. He has been actively working in theater for over 20 years and has been performing in general for close to 30. Jamaal has been a director, assistant director, music director, choreographer, stage manager and technician for numerous companies throughout Central Florida, across the United States, and around the world. During the day he works as a Drama teacher for Seminole County Public Schools. Theatre and education are his passion.  He loves to see the story come to life and to leave an impact on the next generation. Jamaal would like to thank his wife Louisa and his daughters Riley & Audrey for their continued support. Jamaal also thanks you for supporting the arts in Central Florida.

James “Jimbo” Bordenkircher

James "Jimbo" Bordenkircher is excited to take part in his first production with Good Vibes Theatre Company! Some of his most recent credits include The Wolf in Shrek the Musical: TYA, Fester in The Addams Family, and Paul in Den of Thieves. He would like to thank his family for their support of his passion but would like to mention his mother, grandmother, and sister.

Katrina Johnson Akers

Katrina has been performing since the age of 3. She was a vocal major at U.C.F. She has performed at Disney, Universal, Royal Caribbean,  and CFC Arts. Regional credits include Rosie in Mamma Mia, Louise in Holiday Inn, and the Witch in Into the Woods. She sends her love to her family and her husband Tim.
